Please don’t apply the drops directly into your dog’s mouth.
Each 30 ml bottle includes a glass dosing tool for accurate measurement. However, for safety reasons, we recommend adding the drops to food or mixing them into a small treat. This makes application stress-free, safe, and pleasant for your dog.

Our 100 ml bottles come with a measuring spoon marked with 1 ml to 5 ml markings.

Yes! Our drops do not contain real beef, but rather a plant-based beef flavor made from sunflower oil. It’s highly palatable while being gentle and suitable even for sensitive or allergy-prone dogs.

Our products are specifically formulated for dogs and tailored to their needs. They are not intended for use in cats. If you're considering it, please consult your veterinarian beforehand.

You’ll find the best-before date (BBD) on the product packaging. Once opened, store the drops in a cool, dark place and use them promptly as recommended.

The BIOGENA PETS subscription allows you to receive your favourite products for your four-legged friend regularly and at a lower price – without the hassle of reordering.

You can order all products from us on a subscription basis that are marked with a subscription option on the respective product page.

Select your product, choose the delivery interval (monthly, every 2 or 3 months) and specify your desired term. Subsequent orders will be automatically debited and shipped. To take out a subscription, you must be logged in.

• 3-month term: 15% discount

• 6-month term: 25% discount

• 12-month term: 40% discount

Yes, you can pause or cancel your subscription at any time. Please note the minimum term.

To do this, go to ‘Subscription Management’ in your profile and select the subscription you want to pause or cancel. You can cancel your subscription at the bottom of the subscription details page.

You can find your active and past subscriptions under ‘Subscription Management’ in your customer account.

Payments are automatically debited at each delivery interval.

Subscriptions can currently only be paid for via PayPal and credit card. We are working on adding further payment methods for subscriptions.

You can find the invoice for each automatically triggered order in your profile under ‘My orders’. Click on ‘Download invoice’ to save the respective invoice as a PDF file.
